Our Bartender has years of experience mixing the perfect martini. He has three martini flavors down pat: Pineapple, Strawberry and Hot Pepper, which puts a little extra fire in your belly. There is an entire list of specialty drinks to choose from as well, including Lemon Drops, Aegean Margaritas, Sunburn Daiquiri's or any other cocktail your palette prefers.
XIOS’ bar is set up to encourage conversation and social interaction, whether you have decided to join us with a group of friends, or you are out for a cocktail with that special someone. Iced windows separate the bar from the main dining room, providing intimate tables and comfortable surroundings out of eyeshot from the main floor.
We also offer our patrons the option to view televised events on our 42" plasma TV. If no one is watching we'll be happy to switch on your favorite sporting event, reality TV show, or any other programs available on our satellite system. Whatever your intentions, you won’t leave our bar feeling thirsty. WINE LIST We are happy to bring together classic Greek dishes with some of our favorite varietals to bring you and your guests an old-world, metropolitan experience with good food, good drink and endearing conversation.

Creta Olympias Retsina
A Greek white wine that has been made for about 2000 years. Its unique flavor is said to have originated from the practice of sealing wine vessels with Aleppo Pine resin in ancient times. This Retsina is made of indigenous Cretan white grapes and has a well balanced taste and is best served cold with any Greek dish. |

Tsantalis: Alexander the Great White
A clear bright wine with green gold tints. It has aromas of apple and pear and finishes balanced, crisp, and smooth.

Mikros Vorias: Lagorthi
A blend of citrus, grapefruit, and grassy tones, smooth finish with floral characteristics made of 100% Lagorthi grapes.
Serve with chicken fish dishes. |

Creta Olympias: Imiglycos White
This white is made from indigenous Cretan white grape varieties, Vilana, Athiri, and Thrapsathiri). The color has shining gold and green tinges with aromas of citrus fruits with pleasant and well-balanced taste.
It is a little of the fruity side and is a perfect substitute for Reisling. |

Tsantalis: Chardonnay
A nice change from your typical California Chardonnay.
Give it a try, it is sure to please. |

Triantafyllou: Chardonnay
This comes from the only winery on the Island of CIOS.
It is truly one of the best Chardonnays in all of Greece. This wine is partially matured in French oak barriques
and then again in the bottle. It is pale gold in color with aromas of pears, apricots and nuts. |

The is a perfect fall wine to accompany a meal. It is very similar to a Pinot Noir, with bright cherry flavors
and a smooth finish of mushroom and earthy tones. Made with 100 percent Xinomavro from the region of Naoussa of Northern Greece,
this wine is a great complement to lamb and pork dishes. |

Geromilos: Dimitra Red
This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot is one of the most complex yet soft reds available.

This distinctive Agiorgitiko from the Island of Cephalonia has rich cocoa powder and
cherry flavors, and finishes with smooth, warm spice and oak overtones.
Pairs best with Moussaka, Lemonato and Bifteki. |

Similar to an Australian Shiraz, this blend of Xinomavro, Stravroto, & Krasata grapes has
a rich complex wine with chocolate, cherry and a hint of vanilla on the finish. |

Triantafyllou: Red
This comes from the only winery on the Island of CIOS.
A blend of 50 percent Cabernet Sauvignon and 50 percent Merlot, it is a full-bodied, dry wine aged in French oak barrels.
It is garnet in color with complex and aromatic flavors of cherries, oak and chocolate.
The finish is long and lingering with vanilla and warm spice flavors. |

Made with 100 percent Agiorgitiko, this wine has tones of blackberries and
plums, with a richness and finish that include hints of oak and vanilla. |

Glivanos: Kokkino Veloudo
From the monastery of Zitsa in Northern Greece, this wine has a deep, red color with vanilla and exotic red-fruit aromas.
This is a full bodied wine with velvet tones of mushrooms, oak, and cedar, finishing with a soft, lingering and discreet palate.

Hatzimichalis: Syrah
Clean, fresh and filled with ripe black berry flavors. With time spent in oak, the wine takes on a slight smoky character as well as firm tannins. This wine can be drunk now or over the next two years.

|
Antonopoulos: Private Collection
This cabernet blend is concentrated with a complex and a pretty nose. It has a beautiful red color with brown hints, aromas of strawberry marmalade, myrtle, cinnamon and vanilla on the nose. It is an elegant, full-bodied with rounded tannins and lasting fruit in the mouth.
Best served with pastas combined with red sauces, veal, meatballs, steaks, pizza, grilled lamb, kinds or sausage and yellow cheeses.
